Still ridiculously pumped from going to the gym tonight. The treadmill is pretty much the only piece of exercise equipment I can use with any regularity-- I never feel like the elliptical or stair machines give me that good of a workout (probably means I'm doing it wrong, whoops), and I sit too much during the day to ever want to use the cycling ( Read more... )
